I am Julian Angel, a renowned cake designer born in Colombia. I am always looking for inspiration anywhere, based on my experience as a designer, photographer and product designer.
My adventure began in 2015, when I combined my passion for amateur baking and food photography in "Historias del Ciervo". This project merges different areas of visual art and baking with a global vision accessible to all, transcending linguistic and cultural barriers thanks to the use of visual narratives and the use of social networks to teach, transcend and innovate.
I have had the privilege of giving workshops all over the world, from Medellín and Bogotá to cities such as Barcelona, Paris, Jakarta, Abu Dhabi, Buenos Aires, San José, Singapore, Bangkok, Miami, New York, Monterrey, Mexico City, Lima , Montevideo, San Salvador, Riyadh, Santiago de Chile and Dubai. My experience and passion for the art of pastry have made me an international reference in the field of creative pastry.
