About Julian
My adventure began in 2015, when I combined my passion for amateur baking and food photography in «Historias del Ciervo». This project merges different areas of visual art and baking with a global vision accessible to all, transcending linguistic and cultural barriers thanks to the use of visual narratives and the use of social networks to teach, transcend and innovate.

Does the chocolate cream recipe work in warm climates?
Yes. It is specially adapted to resist hot climates. Although the recipe for colder climates is also included.
I am not experienced or professional. Can I take the class?
Yes. The class is designed to instruct both beginners and professionals. The videos are very detailed step by step. Explaining well the tools and ingredients used.
How long can you watch the class?
You can access the class whenever you want. You'll have access for two years after purchase. After that time, we can't guarantee the platform will still be operational.
Is a Certificate awarded?
Only those students who complete the project will be given the certificate of completion. Historias del Ciervo. When carrying out your project you must take a photo and send it to our contact email.
Can I repeat the class once I have finished watching it?
