Flowers with Nozzles
We'll explore the essential elements for creating cream flowers, from nozzles to nails and other tools. Afterwards, we will dive into the practical part, learning exercises to perfect the use of nozzle sleeves and creating the most basic petals, to finally create more complex and beautiful flowers. You will learn: Peony, Hellebore, Daisies and Hydrangeas.
Structure and decoration
Once you have mastered the flowers, I will teach you how to prepare and decorate a two-tier cake, from filling and smoothing to the necessary structure. You will discover how to place the flowers in a balanced and aesthetic way; and as a bonus, I will present you a second decoration with the same flowers on a single tier cake.

How long can you watch the class?
You can access the class whenever you want. The class will be published at least until 2027. After that time we do not guarantee that the platform will continue to operate.
Is a Certificate awarded?
Only those students who complete the project will be given the certificate of completion. Historias del Ciervo. When carrying out your project you must take a photo and send it to our contact email.
Can I repeat the class once I have finished watching it?
Yes. You have the possibility of repeating the videos as many times as you want.
If I have additional questions, will they be answered?
Yes. The platform gives you the option to ask Questions. Julián will personally answer all questions whose answer is not within the class videos. In the course details, click on the P&A tab, leave your question there and we will answer it as soon as possible.
Does the cream recipe work in hot climates?
Yes. It is specially adapted to resist hot climates. Although the recipe for colder climates is also included.
I am not experienced or professional. Can I take the class?
Yes. The class is designed to instruct both beginners and professionals. The videos are very detailed step by step. Explaining well the tools and ingredients used.
